"Had very nice helpful driver . Couldn’t fault him. What let things down was the company you chose to collect me from Halifax it was Axistravel. I didn’t get any info from them about the journey. The day before my daughter in law phoned them and they told us a driver would not pick me up untill I had paid another £45 . I had no choice but to pay it as needed to get back to Portsmouth. Now! When the car was booked through Taxicode you said journey be £330, this amount was taken out of account straightaway. Nothing was said about paying extra! As you can imagine it left me out of pocket and extremely stressed out . Being deaf and a lip reader I couldn’t contact company myself so if my daughter in law hadn’t been there I would have been waiting for taxi that wasn’t going to turn up. I hope you will not use that company again ."
